Treibacher Original-Auermetall® flints obtain their unique properties by alloying selected raw materials to ferrocerium while maintaining tight process parameters. Our Original-Auermetall® flints allow very easy generation of sparks, impress with tight dimensional tolerance, rounded edges and corrosion resistance. Depending on the application, flints are often called flintstones or firesteels and firestarters or even ferro rod. Our flints are not subject to the dangerous goods regulations.
Surface and hardness can be adapted according to the customer’s requirement.
